Well, it was a good start for the heats today. 400m was kinda tiring when i thk it was just a lap. It's actually like sprinting/running n u couldn't jog to relax. I came in fourth when running towards the finishing line @ Serangoon Stadium. i ranked fourth. Minglun was third. I thought i could overtake him, when i wanted to, my legs gave up n cramp. i gave up totally n let him take the thrid positon. Felix was too tired to outsprint me cos he ran 200m before this. he was fifth. n the first was really fast, when i asked minglun if he's second he told me that he was third. I was really surprised. Or i'm just too slow. LOL. Now my right hamstring is half-torn i guess. it's pain if u stretch it. *sigh... :S Btw i forgot. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME TO CREATE THIS BLOG. WITHOUT YOU, I THINK I'M STILL THINKING A NAME FOR THIS BLOG. (:
